Very good knowledge of German (at least level C1 – e.g. DSH-2, TestDaF, Abitur)
Proof of your foreign language skills (e.g. certificates, language certificates)
Valid residence permit with work permit (if you are not a German citizen)
Passion for language and a confident, empathetic appearance when dealing with people
Interpreting and translating in discussions in authorities, courts, social institutions and in the healthcare sector.
Mediation in sensitive contexts with discretion, neutrality and cultural sensitivity.
Ensuring clear communication between all parties — precise, understandable, and responsible.
